Caring Heart, Open Arms Childcare and Development Ministry provides year-round child care and preschool services for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. We are conveniently located at 3440 W. 61st Ave., in Hobart, Indiana, ½ mile East of Interstate 65 next to the Hobart Elks Club.
